​Metaphysical Mind-Body-Spirit was created by Michaela Kauffmann. The course of her own journey began with studies of the Fine Arts and influences of the works of Carl Jung. She explored teachings on dream work, imagery, archetypes, and teachings about metaphysics, mythology, spirituality, Western, native peoples' and Eastern philosophies. Her journey continued with studies of Art-therapy, hypnosis, benefits and uses of imagery, their effects on wellness and health, as well as mind-body and spirit & person-environment relationships. Michaela completed formal doctoral studies in Psychology, Naturopathic Medicine and formal studies in Acupuncture. She has provided services in her professional fields for over 30 years.

Throughout her life, Michaela has complemented her formal studies and work with extensive meditative, personal growth and energy work. Michaela is a certified Reiki and Karuna Reiki Practitioner /Master /Teacher for over 25 years and has trained with several different masters including William Rand at the International Center for Reiki Training. She is registered with the Universal Life Church as an ordained minister and has been involved with meditation studies and personal growth work with Concept Synergy for over 30 years. Michaela also studied Andean shamanism and native medicine ways with native shaman and Western teachers. She completed studies/certification in Herbalism, Qi Gong, energy work and hypnosis as well as trained in Medical Intuitive Reading under several different teachers. Michaela has offered Reiki sessions, certification training, coaching, consultation and personal growth sessions in private practice for several decades.
